This is an awesome charge station. What the description doesn't tell you is that it comes with two rechargeable battery packs and covers for the controllers which is an A++++. I bought a rechargeable battery without knowing this. The only little thing I don't like is that the controllers don't clip in place so the controller just sits there. Very little problem but this is a great product.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing this and it seemed to be hit or miss with this product. Some were having issues some were not. Unfortunately I had to rate it at 2 stars only because the price was good for getting 2 rechargeable batteries, however I got the "miss" when it wouldn't even recharge the batteries at all. I had left one controller charging for 24 hours and started playing, but when I checked the battery charge icon on the XBox One it was at 1/4 juice left. The other controller I never took off and left it there for 3 days. Did the same thing, checked the charge and less than 1/4 juice left. I tried different techniques with this charger and just could not get it to charge. If you do purchase this product, cross your fingers you get a functioning one. It is the same price as the Microsoft charger, but it does come with 2 batteries, you just have to hope it actually charges the batteries.

Love this product. Cheaper than a single charge and play from Microsoft. You get two rechargeable batteries and two new battery doors that have an opening for the battery to make contact with the charging station. I dock my controller every night and ready to go the next day. No hassle no wasting money on batteries.

Charges like a champ, saves money since no batteries need to be purchased.

This is a good charger and it cheaper than the Microsoft one. I have had no issues from it since I bought it. Plus it can charge 2 controllers at once.

Purchased for my son right after Christmas to go with his Xbox One. So far so good. Batteries seems to last a while and he hasn't complained yet.

My experience with this product hasn't been great, but the only other charging station i've had was the PDP Microsoft Energizer 360 Controller Charger for the XBOX 360. So i haven't really seen anything else. I bought the Insignia™ - Dual-Controller Charger for Xbox One because it was the cheapest so i shouldn't be surprised that it looked pretty cheaply made. Here's my opinion and experience: It's hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like it's made with pretty cheap materials. It also isn't very reliable, i'm always having to readjust it to try and get it to connect so it can charge. I've had several times when it doesn't charge either of the controllers and so then i can't play for a while. I also had one of my battery packs start to overheat and emit smoke. It happened randomly one time as soon as I put the battery pack in my controller. I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact i had just taken apart my controller and changed some parts in it, so i can't be sure of what exactly caused it to do so. It was shortly after then that the batteries seemed to have almost zero battery life.

Awesome dock for recharging Xbox One controllers. Comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and new battery covers.

I love this more than the charging cords .. it's so annoying to have the cord plugged in to play and it's easy to throw the controller on the charger after every play. Only downside is you can't update the controllers. I have never had an issue with insignia products!

We have had this for about a year now with no issues. Convenient charging station.

Good unit for not only charging but for storage and display as well.

Overall I like how simple it is to use this unit. Just plug in both batteries into controllers and cover with the cover made for this unit. Then slide onto unit and it charges! I enjoy seeing the LED light up when it's charging

Product will work nicely for regular xbox one controllers. IT DOES NOT WORK FOR THE ELITE CONTROLLER The battery cover on the elite controller is different from the regular controller and therefore the replacement one to cover the battery pack will not fit elite controllers.

Used the product for about a month. It works but I wish I had spent the extra money and bought a charger that doesn't stack the controllers one on top of the other. The stand is wobbly. I have to be careful and use both hands when picking up or putting away a controller.

Really great charger but you need to make sure controller snaps into place or it will not charge. Batteries are specialized so I would like to know where to purchase more.

You need to make sure the controllers snap into the charger for it to charge. (A lot of times, I think its in, but its just resting in the cradle, and doesn't charge. Plus, you'll need to remove any headset/volume connector. Also, haven't figured this out yet, "With this controller charger, you can power up while you play, so you don't have to stop to recharge in the middle of a game." #How do you charge while you play with this charger? Plus, how do you NOT stop, so you can plug the USB cable up?)

This is a great charging option for XBOX One controllers. It replaces the batteries and the back door on the controller.

Great product for keeping our controllers always charged and ready to use when needed. Very easy to use.

This device is a cool concept in that you would be able to charge 2 controllers while also storing them for the night. This should make it so that the controllers are always fully charged when you are ready to play. However, the slightest breeze or vibration can knock the controllers out of contact with the charger. If this happens, you will come back to a low battery and still have to use the Play and Charge solution.
