I had to buy a drill driver and stud finder to complete the installation. It's a heavy duty bracket and the instructions clear, but you need the tools

The only drawback was setting it up and mounting the tv. This is the same with all fixed mounts, it just doesn't give a lot of room behind the tv to tighten the vertical components.

It said that it would mount televisions up to 39 inches. However it would not mount my television without my altering the brackets. The brackets would not fit on the mount without being in direct conflict to where the HDMI cable went into my television. I had to make two additional holes for mounting to the television mounting holes as well as buy a new HDMI cable that was at a 90 degree because of the closeness to the wall. However, the best buy did tell me it would mount any television. It may work on all televisions but mine, so I would recommend it.

Does require that the mount is secured to a wall-stud but it has a little latitudinal flexibility so you should be able to set in a decent position. Definitely sturdy and screw-locks in place so the TV won't shift or dislodge.
