assembly nightmare

There are no holes to even install the door on the front. The back basically no holes so you have to make your own. It came scratched after I waited 4 weeks for it to even come in. We are on hour 5, still haven't attached back or door or shelves. My son works in a cabinet building shop and he can't figure it out. The instruction manual was missing 7 pages and had three sets of pages 14, 15, 16,17. None of the screws sit flush.
