It makes ice well, however; IT DOES NOT KEEP THE ICE COLD. The ice drops into a tray and melts little by little, so by the time you use the ice, it's almost melted away. You have to catch the ice fresh as it's made.

Doesn't last long. Not worth the $$$

Although the ice isnt frozen solid therefore it melts your drinks pretty quickly. I am now on my third machine because the other two haven't lasted even a full year before they just quit making ice.

But breaks after about a year so make sure you get the warranty. The basket that holds the water that makes the ice cracks and stops moving. Seems to be made of low quality plastic. Replacing my second one and will be looking for a different brand.

It does produce ice accordingly but you have to babysit it all day in order to get some ice out of it. After about 3 batches the ice gets built up where it dumps and get clogged up and stops producing ice so you never get a full tray of ice. The tray is also cheaply made and can break easily if you don't use both hands to pull it out. This unit is also louder than expected.
