our original one broke up and this one is much better. I hated the one that came with the smart tv... very few controls . This one has controls for everything ... thought it was a little expensive but worth it.

Great remote to replace the one my dog ate. At first I had to replace remote in order to open apps and etc on my tv. Last thing I wanted was some junky remote for a costly price but this remote is just like the original and a good price.

This was bought to replace the original Samsung remote which had been lost. After putting batteries into the remote, it began functioning immediately without having to program any code(s).It could not have been any simpler. Very pleased with the purchase.

Was pre-programmed to work every function of my Samsung TV, which was a welcome experience. I've purchased other replacement remotes that required programming, and did not work so well. I highly recommend this remote, for anyone with a Samsung TV.

My original remote had very tiny buttons and it was getting harder to use as I got older. My granddaughter encouraged me to get the universal remote and she would set it up for me. Great choice!!

It doesn't do EVERYTHING the way the original remote did, but in a lot of ways it's better. In fact, the keys are laid out well and it is more intuitive. I've bought several (don't ask) for two TVs and they always work right out of the box.

I have a Samsung tv that is a few years old. One of the buttons we use the most just stopped working. This was a great replacement, as it Is almost exactly like the original. I just put the batteries in, didn’t even need to program it.

After 3 years of using the EOM remote that finally started to fail after use. I decided to get a generic brand. Worked as prescribed. Added batteries and it worked. Did not have to assign codes. No issues. Easier to use than the palm sized EOM remote

I found this remote when I was looking for one to replace my old Samsung remote that had some functions damaged. This remote works great, even more conveniently than my original Samsung one which had the sliding function that sometimes didn't work.

The remote was a great replacement remote for my broken original Samsung TV remote. The price is good and it works well, you just have to point it directly at the TV for it to work. It's much cheaper than the actual TV remote, saving me over $100

Works great. No issues. I have had no problems using this remote. I find it easy to use. The sells person in store was very helpful and lead me to the correct one I needed for my TV model.

I bought the remote for my Samsung TV. This remote worked as soon as batteries were added, with no programming or setup needed. Just prior to this I had purchased and then returned a Samsung remote from an on-line retailer because it did not work.

My child hid the remote to our tv and forgot where she put it. Went to Best Buy and was directed to this remote to replace it. It was cheap and works well. Happy to have such an easy fix! #toddlers

Bought an open box TV that didn't include a remote. This one came at a pretty good bargain, and I prefer it over the newer Samsung remotes. The only problem I've run into is that channel numbers don't seem to work without a decimal point.

My mother in law lost her old remote and the cable remote did not make sense to her. So I got her and antenna and a remote that she could just hit the 5 again to get to her favorite channel.

We were having issues with the original remote and decided to upgrade. We went with the Insignia replacement remote. We found that it works on several of our TV's and accessories.. Nice to have one remote to keep up with, instead of 3 or 4.

We bought a Samsung T.V. at auction for $55, but it was missing the remote control, so we went to Best Buy to get one. It is a Samsung remote control and works really well and we don't have to worry about settings! We are very happy!

When I opened the package I was surprised at the feel of quality this remote had, and it controlled everything on my Samsung TV without any programming just like I wanted it to. I would recommend this remote to my friends,
