Remote control wasn’t hard to program. Comes with directions on how to program remote control to the Tv that needs to be done.

The original remote control of my tv(Samsung) was broken, and I was told that this Insignia remote control will be compatible with my tv. It's true. I got one and it is working perfectly.

Great replacement remote, I did have to call customer service and they were able to get a replacement remote connected I recommend buying this.

This remote is great. It works with both my Samsung Smart TV and my Samsung Blu-ray player. I really appreciate the fact that I do not need two separate remotes for my living room.

I have bought this twice because i have lost it twice but when I find it they still work for my tv so I now have two remotes that work.

This remote is actually better that the one that came with the TV, easy to use, just open the box put some batteries and that’s it.

Fabulous remote control! Never gives me any problems and is universal so no need to read the directions for an hour to figure out what to do.

I know sometimes you buy after market items and there is always some glitch. Not with this. Right out of the box, it synced and worked, easy breezy.

Original Samsung Remote did not work. Wanted to have replacement. Went to Best buy and This insignia remote was recommended by Best Buy sales person. Works great.

Works like a charm on my Samsung 55” t.v. Have to hide it from the dog so that I can watch all my app shows now. Easy to use with large buttons
