I picked up a samsung open box tv at best that didnt have the remote. I got the insignia remote to go along with but discovered I could get the samsung remote online for about 10 dollars cheaper then the insignia. I really like the insignia remote It was easy to use, had all the buttons laid out nicely and worked perfect. Really only reason to go with the samsung was a financial choice. The samsung remote Is a bit different, not as many buttons and a bit of a pain to get used to but Its fine. i wouldn't hesitate to go with the insignia remote again If I needed It.

This remote works exactly as stated on the packaging. It works all functions of the TV right out of the package, awesome no programming

I love this remote - wish I had bought it years ago. I recently added an HD antenna to my TV so I could receive some channels that aren't on cable (and for when the cable box pixels on local channels). My older Samsung 4k TV (2016) came with one of those minimal remotes with no numbers buttons or anything. This remote worked perfectly with my older TV right out of the box - didn't even need to pair it. It's so much easier to use a remote that has all the buttons.

This works just like our original remote. The buttons are mostly the same and delivers our expected functionality. It's EXCELLENT!

This controller was very easy to program to the tv. Other controllers have alot of steps to program it but this one works instantly on most Insignia TV's.
