Thankfully Best Buy has continued to have delivery to your door service. I would have gone stark mad if I wasn’t able to watch TV! I am 73, under strict quarantine by my Doctor. I am not Teck Savvy but was quickly able to understand the enclosed directions and reprogram with the Insignia Remote Control. Affordable price.!!!

An excellent replacement

Although nothing is wrong with the remote on my 55 inch Samsung TV, I will also replace that remote because I like how this one operates; so much better and user-friendly. I am happy that there was a universal remote that bI could purchase.

Best phone help ever!

He also promised to help if I wasn't able to program it by myself! Luckily, it didn't require anything more than installing batteries! Yay!
