Matt took care of that and within minutes I had signed up for your annual tech help and got an in home appointment scheduled. Things have been so difficult with the Covid 19 quarantine I feel as if he went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Matt and Best Buy!

Very nice remote

Volume and channel tabs glow slightly in the dark. Very light and comfortable to hold. Does slip easily either when set down. Does not have a button for using a dash. So if I want to enter channel 44-3 I cannot enter the dash.
