The young man led me to this new remote and explained how easy to set up. I brought it home, and within minutes had it working perfectly. So simple, even for this old gal! I highly recommend it if you are in need of a replacement!!

There's a learning curve, of course - I wish the electronics industry could get its act together so that customers could move easily from one device to another!
