Oh my goodness, my dog chewed my new remote that came with my new Samsung Tv. I went to the Best Buy store needing a replacement immediately. I could only get a generic remote. Although it did work, it did not have all the features of the original one. I was satisfied though.

I cannot believe how this product gives a full control on Samsung TV 65 inch, I bought this remote because my original Samsung Remote not function properly except On and Off button. Suggest anybody who haave the same problem with Samsung TV remote just replace with this Insignia brand.

This remote was fairly easy to get setup. The only feature I cannot get to work is the smarthub button. This may be my TV and not the remote, so I give it a 4 out of 5. Was the best we could find after trying two others.

My TV controller stopped controlling. Grrrr... I replaced the batteries and it still didn't work. I got advice from the Best Buy team and went home to give it a test run. Mission accomplished. This from a non-techie who thought the original control unit was supposed to last as long as the TV does. :-)

Easy to setup with any Samsung television!!!!!!!!!

Needed to replace my current one and this one fit the bill.

Our kids lost the remote for our Samsung TV that we've had for about 3 years. We used one of the universal remotes for a little while, but it wasn't quite set up to work like this remote was. This replacement remote works perfectly with our tv.

It took more effort than it should to be directed to the Universal Remote counter at my local Best Buy store. Once there it was easy to find the proper product and to make it work on my television. Although I seldom use that remote, it has, to this point, sufficed.

Even better than the original remote. The TV is sort of old (try finding a 32" model these days!), but we were able to replace †he remote without problems -- and this one is better than the original! Buttons are better located and more responsive.

Works perfectly. No programming needed. Placed batteries in remote aim at TV functions just like the one that came with TV. Like the feel of the buttons on this remote better than the one came with the TV.

I lost my remote for my samsung TV and tried downloading an app on my smartphone but it was asking for a code that I didn't setup on my TV from the beginning. I bought the replacement remote for SAMSUNG TV from Bestbuy and it worked with no problem or programming needed. All I needed was to buy the battery and it was good to go.

The original remote cost just over $100 and so we tried this one that was a great deal and it works perfect for my smart tv. I can use all the apps. voice activation I never used on the original remote. So it didn't matter that this one doesn't have it.

I bought this because I lost my remote. I no longer use this because I found my remote I wanted to take this back since I found my remote but now I can't find it and time has run out to return it... but it did good while it was needed

The remote that came with my huge, awesome Samsung 4K TV was far from awesome. It looked like a toy compared to a real remote. That's why I needed to buy this remote, just in case I broke or lost the tiny, minimalist remote that came with the 4K TV.
