Didn't even need any directions. I lost my remote and picked one up and it started working as soon as I put in the batteries. Like the glow in the dark buttons that my original remote didn't have!

Fantastic remote. It works perfectly right out of he box with my Samsung smart tv. The only bummer is that it did not include AAA batteries so I had to buy some, since nothing uses batteries anymore and everything is rechargeable I didn't have any.

My original remote for my Samsung plasma TV died and I bought this one at Best Buy. it was made for Samsung TV's. All I had to do was put the batteries in and it worked-no programming necessary. It is as good or better than the original one that came with the TV.

At first I was disappointed that you don't carry original Samsung replacements. I am pretty much Samsung sold. Washer, dryer, computer, phone, several flat screen tv's, stereo system, and more. I was impressed with how well this unit performs.

I can use my TV again. When I moved my remote control got lost so I went to the store and received a very efficient help so when I got home with my new remote it was nothing to pairing it with the TV and it works great

both the remotes work wonderfully...they are easy to connect with the Tv.they are not the same as the samsung remotes,but they work just as well. they are also made of very good material

Purchased one for my bedroom and found that this product was good for other TV's in my other rooms. I feel this is a great product to share with my friends. I will continue to buy this one.

My original remote lost many of its features. When I went to the store and showed it to the sales associate he lead right to the option available for a replacement. It works like a champ!

Well, I've just found that the Samsung HDTV Remote Control wasn't working right. So, I was so lucky to look for the Insignia Remote Control for Samsung HDTVs, and then I bought it online. Wasn't that terrific?

Great quality. Buttons and remote have a smooth, soft texture and fit well in the hand. This one is nicer than the remote that came with the tv. Definitely worth the extra cost.

This remote control accesses all of the functionality of the smart TV, and it also integrates well with our cable provider. If you need a remote control, you should consider getting this one!

This seems to do what needs to be done. It is difficult to keep up with technology, and the learning curve frustrates me. It takes a lot of time to understand the function of each button.

Yup, it works. I bought 2 of them too. I used these to replace the cool OEM remotes, dropped them and broke them, but these babies function better to me. I love them. Now I have to find an LG one that works.

Original remote was broken by the kids. This remote is better than the original that came with the TV. Original was too small and lacked some functionality. Worked right out of the packaging, no need to program.

This had a look and feel almost exact to the original control that had served us for many years - including abuse from our grandchildren. This is a fine product that serves us well.

Great replacement for non-working original remote. Original remote is no longer made as this tv is several years old. Has all the features that the old one had except one which we really didn’t use.

This remote was initially easy to set up. However it doesn't appear to work as well as it should. I have had to continuously reprogram it.

This was purchased to give my wife a remote to use in the bedroom (I had the very complicated remote that came with the tv). It is far superior to the included "simple" remote. I wish I had one as well!
