I gave 4 stars because the setup was not easy..... I purchased the remote to replace my samsung remote that was broken. Getting the remote to sync to my tv was frustrating but once we got it to work it has worked great.

Nice to control your smart TVs. Was lost at the beginning trying to figure out how to synchronize with my TV. After reading the instructions correctly had no more trouble.

It works just as advertised, it worked right the first time for the model TV I have. Instructions are deficient but there. I got it a month ago so I can't say anything about durability, but looks good enough.

Fantastic replacement for the smart tv remote. Can do most things (not voice controls, which we never used) that the other remote did. We are very happy with it.

This remote does exactly what it says it does. It perfectly replaces a lost Samsung TV remote. I didnt have to program it or anything. I like the larger size which keeps my kids from losing it

Universal remote works well. The original remote that came with my smart tv broke . Good replacement . Controls your cable box as well as apps on your tv.

Great product, only downside is that it doesn’t come with a pair of battery’s. You’d think it would for its price point. Maybe grab a pack on your way out?

Our Samsung is only a year old and had the skinny little shorter remote. This was the only one they had and some of the buttons will not work on my tv. There is no back button. But other than that works great.

Very easy to use ,..I’ve been around 86 years and things aren’t as easy as years ago...had no problem...just put it down for the night...

After my Samsung remote stopped working I purchased the Insignia Remote for Samsung based on it's ability to save shows on Amazon which it does however... I find that it's not intuitive for navigation without having to look down. The exit button is located right below the right toggle and just to the right of the down toggle. Because I go through pages of different subjects on various services I expect the remote to anticipate that I won't look down to move left right, up, down. Maybe I simply prefer Samsung's original but I find the Insignia a bit clunky.

It works well, but it takes a while to get used to it. the layout is a bit odd. yet it was compatible and easy set up for my tv.

Since I lost the original remote for our Samsung, I recently purchased the Insignia Replacement Remote for Samsung TV's and couldn't be happier. It's better than the original.

My husband had numerous service calls for our TV problems. He finally figured out he needed to replace the remote. This one has solved all his problems.

I previously had a remote that loaded apps on my tv. Either this one does not or the technology has left me behind. Probably need a smart tv. I love Samsung TVs.

Purchased this on line and picked it up at the store. They brought out to my car and I was home ad I was home with the remote programmed with an hour of my purchase.

My Samsung Tv’s volume remote was broken, i visited BestBuy to see if they have it Unfortunately they didn’t have the remote i was looking for. An associate recommended this product. It is working but it has a lot of buttons on it. Return and Exit buttons are right next to navigate buttons which if you press it by mistake, it sends you out of where you were. I also have a sound bar which when i wanted to turn my tv on, it was turning my sound bar on as well. I had to unplug it.

bought two remotes for the two Samsung televisions in my condo because the originals were "misplaced". I opted for this brand/model because (A) - I did not want to go to the hassle of getting the proper codes for two different Samsung models and (B) - I wanted to make sure my tenants did not have any future problems using the features on the televisions. Cost a little more but worth it to me.

Had to get a replacement remote for my Samsung TV as the dog chewed through the original ones and I did not feel like paying $$$ for a Samsung Remote. They do the job required.

I loved this remote, replacement for my original Samsung TV remote. Almost identical to the original. The family started using it without skipping a beat, and the connection with the tv has been flawless.
