WE moved and lost the remote to our samsung tv. We purchased this one, works great with the samsung tv with Roku. Does everything that the regular remote would do.

I purchased this in an emergency. My original remote broke suddenly from what looked like a battery leak. My only objection is the Sleep Timer is hidden under tools and requires a more complicated process to use.

Feels cheap for the price compared to original Samsung smart tv universal remote. Rubber buttons for volume/channel feel cheap. But remotes works very well.

This is a great replacement remote. It is able to tap into all the smart tv options that the original remote did. We have a Samsung tv. If I were to loose another remote, I would purchase this one again.

After one too many drops of my original equipment remote I bought one of these. My expectations were high and insignia delivered! The remote responds well and I have no complaints.

Mostly worked out of the package for turning Samsung smart TV on and off, but directions for pairing the TV volume and channel selector were unclear and did not work. I have a Samsung DVD player that is connected to the TV, and I have no illusions that pairing this will even be a remote possibility (no pun intended). So, bottom line is that I paid over $30 to turn the TV on and off. This replacement remote offers no other advantages. If I had known, I would have purchased a different brand.

I needed a remote because mine stop working I called the geek squad & they help me to contact Samsung. They asked my problem, I told them & they sent me out a new one. With No Problems.

Check on different brands on remotes and they have to be programmed!! And with is one no need and the buttons are the same as the original one !! Love it

So our son lost our remote and we needed a replacement for our smart TV. This unit worked well. (And we found the old remote as soooon as we bought this one-figures).

very large buttons easy to see connects automatically to the tv with no codes or anything just a little expensive for a remote but for the convenience it was worth it

I needed a remote for a "recent vintage" Samsung flat-screen. I found replacement equivalents on-line but wanted to see if Best Buy had one. My local Best Buy did have this remote, so I bought it.

This is the remote control I bought to replace my old Samsung TV remote control. It works good right out of the box. But it is a little bit pricey. Anyway it is a very good remote control.

Only problem was this remote does not capable of getting to sub-channels. One needs to start with the main channel and than find the subs. Otherwise works well.

I accidentally packed my Samsung remote in storage. It was so much easier to buy a new one. Connection was a breeze. I had very good help in locating and selecting the best for my tv.

Good temporary replacement for my Samsung phone. Only down side to it is the size. A little too big compared to the original remote that came with the tv.

Although i miss the swipe feature this replacement works fine. Put batteries in it and away we went. I would recommend for those in need of a replacement.

Needed this remote to repair an old TV that was still worth saving. Could not get into the service menu without it. Saved the day excellent product just like original!
