I bought the remote to go with my Samsung smart tv. I got it to work part of the way. Then my dog ate it the next morning. I was unable to get to do certain things after i purchased it. I ended up having to get the exact remote that went with it.

Very difficult for elderly person to use. Buttons are too small, and poorly lit, printing is unclear. It slips out of shaky hands easily and falls down the side of the chair.

Bought this to replace the Samsung remote that came with my QLED set. It synced ok, but it’s range is only about 6-7 feet, and my favored seating is about 12 feet away. So - average.

Works perfectly-very satisfied! Would buy again!!!

This was very affordable and did the basic task of turning on and off the tv. I'm not sure if the remote is fully compatible because it doesn't seem to control the sound. I will follow up after more trial and error testing.

I love this remote more than the original one that came with my tv

I was told that this was a universal remote that would work on my Samsung smart tv. Some of the functions worked, but, not enough to make me want to keep this item. I returned it.

It's an okay remote but it's limited to performing basic functions. A lot of Samsung TV features can only be accessed by using a Samsung remote.

Purchased to go with an open box tv with no remote. Although it works I will be looking to order original remote. Seems like a bunch of features im missing.

The remote has all the needed functions, and works well with my TV. However, I wish the buttons were back lit. Can't see some of the most important buttons in the dark, and the feel of the buttons just isn't enough.

The reviews said just turn on and it syncs but it did not. I bought this because my twin toddlers "hid" the original remote. Luckily after returning this one I found the remote way down in the couch a few weeks later

It don’t have all of the fictions that the original remote have. It has buttons you will not use. It was really nice not having to program it to the television.

To be thought it was going to be easy to use but disappointing. It's not stand alone and I still need to refer to my dish remote and others.

Took a while to set up with Samsung tv and also set up with old remote. But it does work. I still think it’s expensive for a replacement remote.

Purchased this remote to replace remote that was eaten by Family Golden Lab (eats everything) So far not issues - and we're keeping remote out of reach.

I find myself looking for the purchase of the site it has that work as well as I wish it did. Hard to program and not backlit

No "-" for digital channels. cannot use for several channels since it is needed. For example channel 8-2 or channel 4-2.

Pricey, but I didn’t have to buy another TV. Allows you to save favorite channels, but there is no way to surf between them.

This remote does the basic functions right out of the packaging. Unfortunately, it does not have a "sleep" button which was critical for me. The instructions for somehow adding it were not very clear. I found one online at about a third of the cost that had a sleep function button labelled as such and preprogrammed. I would have returned it but I let it slip past the return date.

Great product work instantly without any setup. use for any Samsung product.
