Doesn't Work with Samsung TV

Bad decision. Despite following all the instructions few of the TV functions work. Can turn on TV and change volume but nothing else. No Smart TV features, Don't waste your time on this one.

Terrible, Overpriced Product

However after three or four uses the remote would not link to my TV at all no matter how I programmed it. Overall it is a poor product and you are better off using the buttons on the side of your TV, if that is your only option.

No Good

However, it did not work at all with my Samsung 4K Smart TV. Which stopped me from even setting it up; all the way too not even programming channels, connecting the internet or anything. So, don't waste your money.

Just buy the original for your tv. The original was less exspensive in the end. We returned this junk remote.

Don't recommend with cable box

RCN requires the TV to default to channel 4, however the remote won't pair or default to RCN box. I was told that it would be easy. If you need a replacement remote without a cable box, then you'll be fine.

Not “universal”

Only worked to turn off and and on- did not work on smart features on TV. Had to contact Samsung directly to get original remote. Save time and money and just contact Samsung for original part.

doesn't work right

Faulty remote

Worst product I have ever bought.
