I know the feeling of not being able to get something to work easy and seamlessly. This device is a remote for certain models of Samsung TVs, specially the ones with Smart features built-in. Died after a week

Barely works

Horrible Remote

I understand the feeling when things don't go as planned. Allow me to comment that this remote is for select Samsung TVs, and specifically with models that have smart functionality built-in. If your model is not one with Smart TV built-in, my best advice is to bring this to the store's attention so they can review it and reach if this could be exchanged or returned.
