It put me back in control of my TV with easy to follow instructions. I have cable TV but without the Samsung remote I couldn't turn the TV off and on; change channels; adjust the sound; or connect to Netflix etc. The price was comparable to the cost of a new Samsung remote (plus a shipping charge) through Encompass. Ordering a Samsung remote through Encompass meant it wouldn't be available until June. Purchasing the Insignia remote at Best Buy meant I didn't have to wait to be able to enjoy watching my Samsung TV. Great product!

It was less expensive and works just as good as the original. Amazon advertised cheaper remotes but I preferred to go to the local Best Buy. It was easy to hook up too!

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Cheaper than getting a new one from samsung.

Our Best Buy in DeWitt is the best. I showed my broken remote, the clerk took one look and said follow me. He picked a lookalike from the rack and said this will work and it has most of the features you have on the old one.

Old remote reached its recharge capabilities and left me with a dead tv. So I called Wilmington nc Best Buy to ensure the product item was available and the staff confirmed my inquiry. Product was reasonably priced and I opted out of insurance plan. Staff shared they have replaced a few of the remotes to customers who had same fault with remote. Thank you helping me continue enjoying my tv

I had to get the replacement after the batteries in my original leaked in the remote leaving it trashed. The replacement is different than the one that came with my tv but it has the important buttons and everything i need so its really great.

It might work ok with other Samsung tv's just really did not work well with mine
