It already knew how to interact with both my Samsung TV and the Bose sound bar. So much better than the piece of junk that came with the Samsung TV.

If you have a recent Samsung t.v., it requires no setup but works right out of the box. What an improvement on the streamlined but useless remote control that came with my new Samsung t.v.

For us, the remote has more buttons than needed so, manipulating is a bit complex, until you memorize the placements for the buttons most used.
