    Top notch replacement tv remote control for Samsung 55” q80. Old remote reached its recharge capabilities and left me with a dead tv. So I called Wilmington nc Best Buy to ensure the product item was available and the staff confirmed my inquiry. Product was reasonably priced and I opted out of insurance plan. Staff shared they have replaced a few of the remotes to customers who had same fault with remote. Thank you helping me continue enjoying my tv

    The updated remote is better than the original remote bc the original only had up and down arrows and the new one has numbers on it, so you can go straight to the channel. You can use your smart TV options better/quicker. It makes your TV experience less frustrating!

    Replaced our remote with the Insignia replacement remote. Works great. The only negative is it takes a while to understand how to use all the buttons.

    My toddler walked off with the remote and it was never seen again. This works just as good as the missing one.

    I know it would have been easier to order this remote online but I like interacting with people. Our Best Buy in DeWitt is the best. I showed my broken remote, the clerk took one look and said follow me. He picked a lookalike from the rack and said this will work and it has most of the features you have on the old one.
