It no longer worked on its left side. It gets a LOT of use but still I hope this one lasts longer than a couple of years.

Much easier to work around the apps from Samsung which are no longer valid on his model. I recommend.

I got excellent customer service at the store, and when I got home, it was a snap to just start using the new remote - it worked perfectly! I didn't have to do anything except put batteries in it! I am very happy with this product and the service I got at the store!
