    Our remote broke down and the first place we thought to go to for a replacement was Best Buy. We located what we wanted/needed very quickly. Any employees we came across were very friendly and helpful.

    It’s a great remote to use with any Samsung TV and is a good substitute for the official version which comes with the TV. It saves wear and tear on the official one (which would be far more expensive to replace). If you can also program the sound source for the TV (which we couldn’t), it can do everything that the official one can do.
