    This was the first time I had to get a remote replacement. I got excellent customer service at the store, and when I got home, it was a snap to just start using the new remote - it worked perfectly! I didn't have to do anything except put batteries in it! I am very happy with this product and the service I got at the store!

    The buttons wear out over time, especially the "enter" which gets used a lot. However, it linked to our Samsung TV without me doing anything. And I like i better than the remote supplied by Samsung.

    Took it out of the box, pulled the tape from the batteries, pointed it at the TV and everything worked first time no problem.

    Dad old TV died and someone have him a new one but it was missing a remote. So glad I called best buy the rep literally gave me the SKU number for the item and the cashier at the aiea store went and got the remote for me and went over the instructions etc. I went home and the set up was super simple...TV and remote works great...would definitely recommend not just this excellent product...but the helpful folks at BEST BUY!

    The remote was a perfect replacement and upgrade for our previous remote. We looked online for a remote to our samsung tv and this was recommended. It has an updated back so the battery cover is more sturdy and additional favorite buttons for accessory items. It required no programming and easily connected to our bose sound bar using the included instructions.
