So glad I called best buy the rep literally gave me the SKU number for the item and the cashier at the aiea store went and got the remote for me and went over the instructions etc. I went home and the set up was super simple...TV and remote works great...would definitely recommend not just this excellent product...but the helpful folks at BEST BUY!

We looked online for a remote to our samsung tv and this was recommended. It has an updated back so the battery cover is more sturdy and additional favorite buttons for accessory items. It required no programming and easily connected to our bose sound bar using the included instructions.
