    I changed remotes because the volume was not working on my TV using the remote control. after pairing the universal remote the same thing happened so I’m not clear on how to review the remote as the continuing problem may be my Samsung TV

    Connected to a 75 inch 2020 Samsung easily. Provided functionality to most features. Works pretty good however does not accomplish all functions of original remote.

    I know it would have been easier to order this remote online but I like interacting with people. Our Best Buy in DeWitt is the best. I showed my broken remote, the clerk took one look and said follow me. He picked a lookalike from the rack and said this will work and it has most of the features you have on the old one.
