    Our OEM remote went missing during Thanksgiving weekend so we purchased this to hold us until we cold order replacements. Its not as sleek as the OEM remote and the buttons are a bit clunky but it works and gets the job done. Takes a minute to figure out how to operate what app or service you want to use, but once you figure the buttons out its fine.

    I was a bit taken back when i read it was open box, but I needed a remote as soon as possblie. So I went ahead and bought the remote and it was the easiest set up to pair with my TV. Great product easy set up, sleek feel and very well kept for it being bought as an open item

    Took the remote out of the box and it automatically connected to our Samsung - 82" Class - LED - NU8000 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. We purchased a second one for our Samsung - 55" Class - LED - NU8000 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. We love these remotes so easy to use. We have used it to control Directv Stream on our TV until we purchased Directv Stream box.
