    Excellent controller. Only criticism is the small buttons. I have large fingers which means I can hit 2 or 3 buttons at once.

    Our OEM remote went missing during Thanksgiving weekend so we purchased this to hold us until we cold order replacements. Its not as sleek as the OEM remote and the buttons are a bit clunky but it works and gets the job done. Takes a minute to figure out how to operate what app or service you want to use, but once you figure the buttons out its fine.

    This remote pretty much makes me want to throw it off of a cliff every time I use it with my Samsung tv. It may be perfectly fine for other tvs but this was recommended as a replacement for my Samsung. The delay is maddening and the controls wouldn't be confusing if they were consistent as to what controls what. This almost seems like a platform conflict. It's actually very strange. I don’t write many reviews and it's comical that I'm so passionate about the disliking of this remote. Lol. It is extra annoying because my entire household feels the same and of course I get blamed and hear about it because I am the one who made the purchase after reading all of the positive reviews.Mom fail #1. Haha. I am purchasing a new remote for sure.
