The remote is already programmed and ready to go. It easier to punch in the tv channel on the remote. We love it.

I didn't have to go to settings to set my tv it automatically turn on!! Is definitely worth having as a back up especially when your kids take the controller and miss place it around the house!

I love it because the setup was quick and easy, it only took a few minutes, and now I don't miss the original remote!

Fortunately, I was able to find my original remote. This one looks exactly like the original and I’m sure it works great. It’s a bit pricey though.
