    Item works, but not as easily as the original remote that came with the television. An exact replacement was found on AMAZON at a much cheaper price.

    No setup at all! Runs the tv as good as the original! And now we have more than one remote to control the tv and a happy household.

    The buttons wear out over time, especially the "enter" which gets used a lot. However, it linked to our Samsung TV without me doing anything. And I like i better than the remote supplied by Samsung.

    Took the remote out of the box and it automatically connected to our Samsung - 82" Class - LED - NU8000 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. We purchased a second one for our Samsung - 55" Class - LED - NU8000 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. We love these remotes so easy to use. We have used it to control Directv Stream on our TV until we purchased Directv Stream box.

    Work graet didn't ever need to program for Samsung tv and it access the menu which alot of other replacement remotes dont
