    I was so pleasantly surprised that all I had to do was put in the battery and push the on button!! No password, no sign ins. Wonderful for a dinosaur like me. Perfect timing for my granddaughter’s visit to use this new remote on the TV in her room.

    I wqs able to use all the functions of my Samsung 8 series with this remote. The smart remote for my Samsung TV costs arouns double the price of this remote. It would be nice to have the voice remote that xame with my tv, but for half the price this remote will do the job.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Worked instantly, easy to use. Only complaint is that the “down” and “exit” is a bit too close to each other and I fat thumb it (my user error) and that can get annoying when searching.

    After being unable to get any actin from the Remote control that came with my tv I went to my local bestbuy and asked customer service if they had a compatible remote for a Samsung and the salesperson showed me where the right remote was. Easy peasy and I was out in minutes.

    The remote that came with the TV was lost. My son purchased a new off brand from Amazon and that did not last long. I ordered this online and received it in a day and it was a perfect match with my Samsung TV. I will purchase another one because the Samsung remote for the other TV is not working correctly. Very easy to connect to the TV. Insert batteries, point, and click. Great purchase.

    Honestly this product was amazing and easy to setup/use especially for my parents who are much older ans arent too tech savvy. Just popped in new batteries and turned on the TV and played around with the volume buttons and then boom it was synced with rhe tv in literally no time at all
