Better Remote than what comes with the TV.

However, our old remote would allow us to put in a number with a dash. So, for example, if we wanted to watch channel 62-4, we could do so. Now we have to put in "64" and use the up arrow to get to 62-4.

Just popped in new batteries and turned on the TV and played around with the volume buttons and then boom it was synced with rhe tv in literally no time at all

I have two and they work fine. They easily connect to the TVs and work great.

It was easy to set up and for me it was easy to work. My father had a few problems because it had too many buttons. I thought it was fine.

Unfortunately an exact replacement was not available. But the right button works on this one. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and Best Buy but disappointed in Samsung for not having a direct exact replcement available.
