    It works better than the one that came with the TV. Unfortunately an exact replacement was not available. But the right button works on this one. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and Best Buy but disappointed in Samsung for not having a direct exact replcement available.

    Great remote for the price just put the remote to nearest remote and it will automatically connect just don’t like the fact how some times the signal of the remote doesn’t respond. Overall thought great remote!

    I purchased this universal remote for my curved TV for my father with dementia. It was easy to set up and for me it was easy to work. My father had a few problems because it had too many buttons. I thought it was fine.

    Switching between input sources can be a little fiddly. The buttons are sticky and don't always seem to work. Unfortunately, Samsung no longer makes an original Remote control for TV. Most insignia branded products I have bought have been better.

    Worked seamlessly out of the box except one item: you cannot dial a digital TV station if viewing with an antennae. If you want Ch 13.3, you select Ch 13 then scroll up to 13.3

    I couldn’t use the one that came with the TV … solar…So I got this one that works on batteries. I have two and they work fine. They easily connect to the TVs and work great.

    Luckily I had a geek squad person in my house for another project. He knew how to make this work like it is intended. Took him a couple of minutes and it worked perfectly and I love it. Replacement for a very user unfriendly remote that came with a very expensive tv. Thanks Geek Squad!
