Turned my TV on and had no problems. I'm glad l bought it which was much less than the one l had. My old one was more expensive and the touch pad was hard for me to use. Very frustrating.

I love how it works straight out of the package, no programming needed. I will say I don't love it as much as I do the original remote for our Samsung with the circle in the center and flip controls. Luckily we found ours in the pantry, so we just have this as a backup.
