The employee helping me didn’t seem aware of that however.

Some of the buttons stop working. However when I purchased the new one which was the same remote, it worked much better than the original one. Great product.

I like the raised line on the channel button, and the braille on channel, volume and on/off buttons. It's longer and narrowed to handle easily.

Need a remote with buttons?

I could not figure how to use the minimalized remote that came with the Samsung tv so I bought this remote which is already set up for Samsungs. I just turned it on and it worked. It even has number buttons. I have had no problems with this remote.

Didn’t have to connect it, it just worked instantly, so that’s a plus. You can create macros on it which is cool, set that up for spectrum tv. Honestly a good cheap buy, worth.

My son was able to take care of it for me. All I had to do was tell him to program it to the which TV I needed and it was done quick and easy and he’s only 13.
