The one that had come with the TV stopped working. In order to use the TV until the replacement one was shipped to us. It worked like it should for the two weeks we had it.

Perfect upgrade to boring stock remote

Honestly it is actually a upgrade on the Samsung remote. They make their remotes way to small! And this remote worked right out the box no need to hassle with trying to pair it.

The store personnel recommended this one saying that it was easy to pair with our tv. WOW!! was he right! Just followed the followed the directions, and in a minute or two it was done, and works perfectly! So good and so easy.

All I had to do was put the batteries in and turn it on, I didn't have to program it to the TV at all.
