This was a red label purchase or open box. Everything works great and seems better than the original like more durable.

However, it linked to our Samsung TV without me doing anything. And I like i better than the remote supplied by Samsung.

My 84 year old mother lives with me and was not able to use the remote that came with it. This remote is so easy to set up and use. The buttons are bigger so she is able to use it.

I could not figure how to use the minimalized remote that came with the Samsung tv so I bought this remote which is already set up for Samsungs. I just turned it on and it worked. It even has number buttons. I have had no problems with this remote.
