It works fine, we're having a little trouble figuring out what all the buttons do. All I had to do was put the batteries in and turn it on, I didn't have to program it to the TV at all.

Was amazing we got our our TV back out remote with the solar died and it was hard finding buttons on our Samsung love Beat Buy

Needed a replacement remote since my daughter misplaced the original. Glad I looked here at Best Buy, great alternative, easy to use, works right out of the box, no issues. Have not programmed the A B C options just yet.

this little baby works wonderful and we like it. Did not think at first it would work so well. We purchased it because we lost the one that came with the TV. We later found that one but do not use it, we use this one.

Worked perfectly right out of the box. Fixed my issue with my Samsung TV, was stuck on a screen and couldn't reset it. Samsung said I needed to replace the TV. I tried buying a new remote, now everything works great.

We have other, previous-version Samsung TVs in the house and we preferred their remotes that are similar to the Insignia, and the original, slim remote with voice features, seemed to be wearing out - the "joy wheel" isn't as precise as it was new (a year ago). We've kept it as an "emergency 'mote." The Insignia is a pretty solid replacement for the original 'mote with a couple of easy-to-adjust-to-differences - most notable, the relocation of the HOME key. Additionally and more significantly, the Insignia is IR vs RF, but that's good for us because we don't have to worry about the Samsung IR 'motes interfering with other TVs in the house. But the Insignia IR 'mote must be pointed fairly precisely and low at the TV, so, if you're snuggled under a blanket some cool evening with the new 'mote in your or your mate's lap, a control hand will have to be exposed to change your viewing pleasures - one of the good reasons to save the old emergency IR 'mote.

Works better than the original. It gives me superpowers - I am clickerman - push the button and my wife fetches me a sandwich and a beer. Press another button and the kids do their homework.

My dog chewed my remote so I needed a quick replacement. This needed no setup since it was Samsung specific! I just opened the package and it did the rest. Love it better than the OEM except that had a solar charger instead of batteries.

I lost my original samsung remote and had no way to use my Samsung UN65MU6500F. Picked one up and am happy with the replacement. Took me a while to figure out how to navigate my TV but once you get familiar with the controls it's as good as new.

Overall good replacement remote. Only issues are it has alot of buttons most of which i dont use and there is no preprogrammed shortcut buttons to streaming services. It didnt need any aditional programming and worked right out of the box

OMG i was able to put in batteries and it immediately worked!!! Best purchase ever! A little confusing to understand all the buttons but the simplicity of it automatically working my TV smart apps was superior!
