    Excellent controller for our TV. Our original disappeared someplace and we needed a replacement. All we had to do was push the red button.

    If you have a Samsung FRAME smart TV then you'll need one of these. Samsung provides a very nice remote HOWEVER it does not have a key pad for entering numerics, etc. When you need to do a software reset, it is numeric pin. There's no soft keyboard or numeric drop down/popup. NO BUENO. Very obscure problem. Samsung support does not get it. Dont try calling them. I Google searched it and found the problem. Best Buy/Geek Squad were somewhat better. Eventually they sent me this remote. IT WORKS.
