Once I finally was able to get in touch with the company who made it, they told me which Samsung tv to select so that the controller would work. That’s a shame cause the tv was a new 65” Samsung. Why would it not have that as an option with this universal remote??!!??!!

They have reversed the standard layout of most remotes with the numbers and function keys. Numbers are on top and the function keys on bottom. These days you hardly ever have to put in a number, but you need FF and selection keys. It is hard to make selections and stuff one handed.
