    Was looking for a new laptop. I write books and my need was minimal, but I still wanted one that would do what I needed. The blue shirt that helped me answered my questions completely so that I could understand it. He was supportive and made several recommendations, which led me to purchase the one I did. Hopefully he will still be there when I need to get another one.

    It works. It looks almost identical to the orininal smart remotes. But it wont be the same remotes as the newer models since they dont believe on having numbers or a full sized remote anymore. Personally i think this remote is better for people who actually like to flip through channels.
