    Sorry. This replacement remote barely works with 20% of the features. It's obviously not compatible with older model Samsung TVs.

    Seems to work Ok, but is somewhat different from the old one. I can not select Ch.9-2or 9-3 directly. So I just go from 9 to "next channel'.

    I won’t know because when I got home with the remote my 13 year old grand baby done broke my 60 inch TV. Not even a yr old yet.

    The Geek Squad showed up as scheduled and diagnosed the issue with my Samsung television in less than a minute. A new remote (which the guy had with him) solved my "issue" immediately. So happy! Thanks Geek Squad.

    Who has not misplaced their remote control?!! This Insignia remote control for my new TV is a 'just in case' remote! It gives us peace of mind for when the original remote goes missing! Very reasonable & highly recommended!
