    The Geek Squad showed up as scheduled and diagnosed the issue with my Samsung television in less than a minute. A new remote (which the guy had with him) solved my "issue" immediately. So happy! Thanks Geek Squad.

    Who has not misplaced their remote control?!! This Insignia remote control for my new TV is a 'just in case' remote! It gives us peace of mind for when the original remote goes missing! Very reasonable & highly recommended!

    I cant figure out what i think the buttons mean they all have image on the buttons, but I don't know what those images mean. That doesn't correspond to my Samsung remote. So I can't figure out how to use it. For example, I don't know what what the home button is

    This remote is slow and lag's compared to factory remote. The factory remote also only lasted a year before the solar battery was bad.

    I haven't really had a chance to use this much, since the tech explained the solar remote that came with the tv so thoroughly, and we have the Direct TV remote. When I tried it, worked great though.

    Seems to work Ok, but is somewhat different from the old one. I can not select Ch.9-2or 9-3 directly. So I just go from 9 to "next channel'.

    When you lose your remote and dont know what to do....get this multi channel remote as a cheap and functional substitute for the lost or non performing remote.
