    I actually liked it more than original because it doesnt have the button's for like hulu netflix prime it just has the lite box where u press and choose which app

    The power, volume and channel buttons only worked. There was no bottom for Netflix or smart remote. The rest of the directions said I needed my old remote to reprogram this one. Obviously, my remote was broke to have needed to by this replacement. So I had to return it.

    Reacts very slow to the touch. Many times you have to push the buttons more than once. Better than nothing.

    When you talk to whatever country you get on the phone, They cannot transfer our conversation to a proper work order. They give me the wrong equipment and do not allow the right tech to be sent out. This has occurred twice. Eventually, the job will get done but not without time and frustration on my part. The install component is fine. It is the hard stuff they cannot get right such as reprogramming a new universal remote.

    Surprisingly easy to sync to the tv. Great remote. I just wish it had buttons for apps like Hulu and Netflix. Yes, I'm spoiled in that way. I would have given this five starts if if did have the app buttons.

    I purchased this remote as a replacement for a series 7 Samsung TV. It is almost the same as the original actually with a few more features to control a sound bar.
