It was slow to respond and difficult to set up. I tried calling support but no luck. I ended up buying a "one for all" remote and it is 100 times better then this one. No issues at all and easy to set up.

It works fine for our purposes, and was cheaper than the Samsung remote.

And the buttons are nearly all the same size making it confusing in the dark.

The "-" that is need to select any sub channel directly. I would recommend keep looking and avoid the frustration. or pay a little more and get a genuine Samsung, this is what I did, It was worth it.
