    My TV remote quit working, so I got this replacement remote. It works with my TV, so that's great, but I don't like the button set-up. It just isn't as easy to use without looking at it.

    Terrible functionality! The buttons barely work and more often than not the button you press causes the wrong function to happen!

    Overpaid for this and I fight it every time I use it. So easy to hit the wrong button and exit, which makes it terrible for streaming. I have ave size fingers, even so the problem is you cannot feel a difference in the buttons. Not touch friendly at all. No back lighting. Not much thought went into this product.

    It doesn't work like the one that came with the TV. There's no "home" button, I can't find Prime, etc.

    Remote operates the TV barely adequately. It is NOT a fully functioning replacement for the original remote.

      Sorry for your bad experience. It might be not set to the correct code, you can try other codes untill all buttons works for your TV BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    The buttons are way too sensitive. You end up skipping over the channel or video you are trying to reach.

    bought this remote and after a short time it short time it quit working went to best buy and they would not do anything about it because there is only a 15 day warranty on it

    does not work with the Samsung smart TV, it can turn the tv on but can't go to the menu to select any apps nor can get the tv out of demo mode

    Totally difficult to adapt to our system. Was never like previous programmable equipment. No discussion about my system was compatible or more information was necessary. We went to at totally different install system and still not ideal but better. Pretty disappointed compared to previous custom installs and assistance with Best Buy.

    Terrible remote, did not work well with my new Samsung S90F TV. Bad delays, unable to match up with existing remote, unable to program shortcut keys. It's going back.
