    The instructions was in English it's was Insignia not Samsung.

    Bad button configuration

    The remote buttons are configured uncomfortably. The main buttons I use are the Play/Pause, Rewind and Fast Forward. They are placed at the very bottom of the remote and it it unbalanced when I try to use these buttons. I often end up dropping the remote trying to use them. Very disappointing and it’s too late to return it.

    It does the job but there are some functions that do not go with Samsung tv’s.

    The remote was in an open box and didn't work when I got it home. I returned the remote with no problem but was disappointed to need to go to all that trouble

    This is a Samsung problem, not a Best Buy problem: someone needs to tell Samsung to create a remote with larger numbers and symbols, and MORE CONTRAST (between symbols and device). This remote is hard to use. Are 70-yr-olds not supposed to watch TV any more?? Fun fact: We’re the ones with the money. Samsung, you can do better.

    The remote did not complete all of the functions that it claimed to be able to. The directions were written clearly, but did not work, even though they were followed step by step. There was no options to try another method, so i have to give it a low rating.
