The main buttons I use are the Play/Pause, Rewind and Fast Forward. They are placed at the very bottom of the remote and it it unbalanced when I try to use these buttons. I often end up dropping the remote trying to use them. Very disappointing and it’s too late to return it.

This remote is hard to use. Are 70-yr-olds not supposed to watch TV any more?? Fun fact: We’re the ones with the money. Samsung, you can do better.

The directions were written clearly, but did not work, even though they were followed step by step. There was no options to try another method, so i have to give it a low rating.
