    We had the absolute worst experience. Gunner was extremely rude when asked for help finding a remote. The store is a complete mess. As my husband and I looked around several employees were glued to their phones instead of working. A real manager needs to be in the store to oversee how your employees are acting. It’s a mess right now!

    Dropped once and broke.

    It connected flawlessly to my Samsung smart TV, but it fell once from a 2ft drop and never worked again. The original remote died from use not from drops or my dog launching it off my bed as she jumped off. Disappointed.

    It did not work for a samsung smart tv. I ended up buying a samsung name brand remote on walmart.com. i also down loaded a free tv remote app the was a replica of the samsung smart remote it did negatively un program the remote and it had problems so not a good idea.

    Haven’t been able to open/ insert batteries. Very disappointing quick start directions looked simple, but I can’t figure out how to open battery casing. Is there YouTube help?. Increasingly finding Best Buy unhelpful.

    This controller is awful. It sometimes doesn’t work. Batteries easily move around and cause much of the problem

    Spend a little bit more and buy the Samsung branded remote. The off brand is not worth it.

    Not user friendly could not access all the uses that the box claim. I only had in use an hour before finding the correct one for my tv. Then best buy would not return the money back on my card.
