    Doesn't work as well as the one that came with the TV. Probably never buy a Samsung product again. They wouldn't replace the original that went bad. Terrible customer service.

    I needed a replacement remote for my Samsung TV and this one worked right out of the box. I wish the navigation buttons that are at the bottom of the remote were more prominent and at the top. Seems like this is an old school layout. A genuine Samsung remote for my TV (Q90T) costs about $70.

    It didn’t work for my TV. It was the only one I found and I needed one that had the round menu button and all it would do was go to power or live TV mode. Never could figure it out sending it back because maybe since I bought repurposed something wrong with it.

    The directional buttons are at the bottom and I prefer them up top. The Samsung remote is much easier to use.

    Difficulty changing local channels. Sometimes no response when clicked. Had to replace the first one I bought because I couldn’t get it to work at all. Isn’t there something better out there?

    The remote was recommended by the employee and said it should fix my issue. Didn’t work for the problem I am having with my tv but was told I had only two weeks to return it. I will attempt to bring back tomorrow hoping you will let me.

    Well, we are using this remote right now and I absolutely HATE it! No voice commands can be used for search, which is nutz. But the biggest bother that really makes me want to throw it out, is when I go to use the directional buttons, is that I windup hitting the button that gets Netflex up and running instead. And there are no backlit buttons, either! Come on in today’s climate ALL remotes should be backlit!!!! Oh, and the layout completely sucks, too! Not a happy camper …

    Not sure if its the remote or the TV setup - but the shortcuts to apps are a little tedious to setup, and slow to respond... and we miss the voice activated option that our old TV had.

    This was to pair with Samsung TV's but it was only partially effective. Even after resetting and pairing it again, the volume control would not work and when trying to change the channel or use the back button we had to turn the TV off and start again. We ended up returning this and ordering a Samsung remote which works fine. Best Buy does not sell Samsung remotes unfortunately.
