    The staff was rude and did not want to assist me. The manager they cannot show me how activate the remote. I even brought in my TV. Thanks

    Totally difficult to adapt to our system. Was never like previous programmable equipment. No discussion about my system was compatible or more information was necessary. We went to at totally different install system and still not ideal but better. Pretty disappointed compared to previous custom installs and assistance with Best Buy.

    Brand new tv..2 yr old nephew lost the remote. Tried this one, in fact, 3 different adults tried to sync tv with this remote. Very few instructions, ended up returning it

    The remote buttons are configured uncomfortably. The main buttons I use are the Play/Pause, Rewind and Fast Forward. They are placed at the very bottom of the remote and it it unbalanced when I try to use these buttons. I often end up dropping the remote trying to use them. Very disappointing and it’s too late to return it.
