Samsung remote not friendly

This remote is hard to use. Are 70-yr-olds not supposed to watch TV any more?? Fun fact: We’re the ones with the money. Samsung, you can do better.

The directions were written clearly, but did not work, even though they were followed step by step. There was no options to try another method, so i have to give it a low rating.

ridiculous to try and program
