The store is a complete mess. As my husband and I looked around several employees were glued to their phones instead of working. A real manager needs to be in the store to oversee how your employees are acting. It’s a mess right now!

The original remote died from use not from drops or my dog launching it off my bed as she jumped off. Disappointed.

Not a good sell

I ended up buying a samsung name brand remote on walmart.com. i also down loaded a free tv remote app the was a replica of the samsung smart remote it did negatively un program the remote and it had problems so not a good idea.
