Normally, I wouldn't care, but this particular item didn't even include the power adapter the converter needs to function. When I did acquire the correct power adapter, I found out the converter didn't work regardless. Garbage product, worse business practices. Last time I'll make the mistake of buying anything from Best Buy.

But it was not even close,,i should have inspected and not totally took him for his word. Waiting for a return date.
