The Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) is a fantastic smart display for any home. The sleep tracking feature is a nice bonus, especially for bedside use. While the sound quality is decent for its size, it lacks a camera for video calls, which may be a downside for some. Overall, it’s a great addition for those looking to enhance their smart home setup without taking up much space.

Not a big fan. This is a good idea but implementation is poor. The rugged bumper doesn't go high even for protect the screen but crease significant gap with the wrist where all the sensors are. Simply stated the bumper needs more padding at the top (near the screen) and less padding at the bottom near the sensors.

Hard to put on and kind of cheap feeling. I could not recommend this to others.

I can’t push in one of the buttons on my watch with this on. I took it off thinking something was wrong with my watch and could press the control just fine.

For those who have an Apple Watch Ultra, you already know that the watch itself is quite bulky. It is also quite robust and, despite being worn in some less-than-ideal environments, the body and face (screen) of the watch are arguably very durable, so there may be some question as to whether or not additional protection is necessary or warranted. Regardless, I given the size of the Ultra, I was concerned that this case would add significant bulk to the already large electronic device sitting on my arm, but that has not turned out to be the case (no pun intended). The additional size given the case really does not appear very bulky at all. Maybe because it is black, it seems to fade out of my visual field? Whatever the reason, the case surprisingly adds very little bulk. As far as additional protection is concerned, the case does very little to offer additional protection for the watch face/glass. This case is very similar to that for a phone in that it covers the sides and has a slightly elevated lip that extends above the glass to maybe help if the watch hits something flat. In practicality, however, I doubt that would ever occur as our world is not flat. One nice thing about the case is also a negative aspect as well... The case extends out to the sides and encompasses the buttons and the Digital Crown. The nice thing is that I no longer find myself accidentally pushing the action button on the left-side of the watch when taking it on or off. I find that pushing either button on my watch must be deliberate now with the case on. That, in and of itself, is not a big deal and is actually somewhat welcomed (again, to avoid accidental presses). The inconvenient aspect of this is that the Digital Crown is no longer as easily accessible as it once was. Not only is it completely inaccessible from the sides (along the lateral aspect of the watch) while this case is on, but the top is also recessed below the case, making it very difficult (in my opinion) to turn the Digital Crown. If compared to an analog clock, I can now turn the Digital Crown only between the 10 and 2 (being generous). There is maybe about 30° of the crown that is accessible. Throw in somewhat larger fingers and I find myself having to use the Digital Crown by approaching it at an angle (I can no longer just hold my finger over the top of the watch and spin the crown) and turning the crown in shorter bursts (because my finger hits the case and can no longer roll the crown). To end on the positive, I do also like that the case is black and provides a better aesthetic than the natural silver color of the Ultra. Luckily for me, I do not use the Digital Crown that much, so I can tolerate that in exchange for a better (black) aesthetic and a little protection from accidentally pushing action buttons on the watch. If the Digital Crown was more accessible, I probably would have rated this as a 4.5 to 5. As it is now, I'm thinking more of a 3.5, but with enough positives to round up to 4 stars (instead of rounding down to 3).
