Whenever I moved my left hand, the dinnerware also moved. I took a drink of water from my glass and the dinner knife dangled from my wrist. The people at my table had a good laugh.

Inaccurate Measurements

According to them, this should have fit my wrist which is just barely over 5” but when I tried it, the band slid all the way down my hand. The worst part is that I used a $20 reward certificate to purchase, returned four weeks ago and still haven’t received the certificate back. I was told by four different “customer service” associates I would have it in 3-5 days then the last one said three weeks. Best Buy has THE WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Sadly, this really deters me from making future purchases even though I’ve had good experiences in store.
