It doesn’t fit into Apple Watch serie 9 41 mm, i returned it

Not wearable with a small wrist. Tarnishes easily. Pinches skin.

In a restaurant, I had a difficult time with the watch band which is magnetic. Whenever I moved my left hand, the dinnerware also moved. I took a drink of water from my glass and the dinner knife dangled from my wrist. The people at my table had a good laugh.

Not right fit for 42mm, it had extra pin outside..

The measurements listed were not accurate. According to them, this should have fit my wrist which is just barely over 5” but when I tried it, the band slid all the way down my hand. The worst part is that I used a $20 reward certificate to purchase, returned four weeks ago and still haven’t received the certificate back. I was told by four different “customer service” associates I would have it in 3-5 days then the last one said three weeks. Best Buy has THE WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Sadly, this really deters me from making future purchases even though I’ve had good experiences in store.

Customer service poor, quality of item great. Waited over 10 minutes for help, my mother just passed away i wanted to get my items & leave. The sales person who finally helped was great.

The magnet on this band is not very strong. The first one I purchased had to be exchanged because the magnet fell out. The band that I replaced it with fell off my wrist. I have since replaced it with another brand with a clasp

great band unless you have a good amount of hair on your arm. then it just pulls and tugs all day at them

I was pleasantly surprised by this band. I’ve tried a couple of others that are a similar style and found that the magnet clasp wasn’t strong enough to keep the band in place. That was not an issue with this Insignia band, but it was still easily adjustable and comfortable. One thing that does take some getting used to fitting the magnet clasp through the band. My hand is too big to just slide it over, so it was a little annoying when you’re used to the standard Apple band that you just snap into place. If you have a smaller hand though, that’s not likely to be an issue. One thing that is also good to note for this particular one is I picked the wrong size by mistake, received the band meant for smaller Apple watches when I have the 45mm. It still fit and worked on the watch, so for people that want a little bit thinner band, that could be an good option for you. The band had weight to it (so that it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy) but it also doesn’t feel like it’s weighing down your arm. It has a good balance that works and I love the black steel mesh design. I could see getting a number of styles to go with my watch. Since I only like to wear my Apple watch, having some options to change it up is great.

Too big for me. It catches on sweaters. Looks nice.

I've used a variety of brands and types of watch bands for my Apple Watches, but I've always liked the look of these mesh bands. Pros: * sharp look * comes in colors to match the housing of the Apple Watch it is attached to * doesn't get stuck, pinch, or pull arm hair (which I assumed would happen, and is part of why I've never actually tried this type of band myself) * easy to attach to the watch (long side on the bottom, short side on top - and don't forget to take the protective film off of the magnet before you use it - ask my how I figured that out! ha) * doesn't have water marks (or signs of damage from being worn in the shower on a regular basis) Cons: * it can be a little awkward to put on at first, because of the magnet trying to attach itself to every part of the watch * not really a con of this specific band, but of all metal bands - my wrist sometimes gets somewhat stuck to my laptop at work while I'm typing because the magnet is strong * I've had some problems with the magnet slipping a little - not enough to make me not use it, but enough that I've noticed the band get larger and the watch move around a bit after a couple of hours of wear * the outside of the magnetic part (the part you see while wearing it) already shows signs of wear after only a few weeks of use

This band is not folding on a hand. It has too many connections.

I love this band. I can make it as tight or loose as I want with no difficulty. Its appearance is great and closely resembles the much more expensive Apple brand! I chose well. Thank you, Best Buy!

Great watch band to switch with, looks great with any colour watch. One downside is it is a little tight when switching between bands
